6.1.本项目采购公告在青岛西海岸新区政府采购网（zfcg.huangdao.gov.cn）上发布，同步推送至（www.ccgp.gov.cn）、中国山东政府采购网（www.ccgp-shandong.gov.cn）和青岛市政府采购网（www.ccgp-qingdao.gov.cn）、青岛西海岸新区公共资源交易网（https://hdggzy.qdxhaggzy.com/），公告期限为自本项目采购公告发布之日起3个工作日。

6.2本项目落实中小微型企业扶持、监狱企业扶持等政府采购政策详见采购文件。

6.3本项目采用全流程电子化操作，供应商应详细阅读青岛西海岸新区政府采购网“政务信息”栏目中的《青岛西海岸新区财政局关于启用青岛西海岸新区政府采购一体化交易管理平台系统的通知》（青西新财〔2019〕585号）及“服务指南”栏目中的相关文件，并办理用户注册和CA数字证书，下载安装最新的响应文件编制工具等，否则无法参加采购活动；供应商使用交易系统和编制工具遇到问题的，可致电技术支持热线咨询（0532-85167603），也可在青岛西海岸新区政府采购网“在线提问”栏目进行网上询问。

6.4除成交供应商向采购代理机构支付代理服务费外，本项目不再向供应商收取参加采购活动的保证金、评审费、履约保证金及其他资金。
